Internal and external renovation works are undertaken, often to operational and occupied buildings and with minimum disruption to day-to-day activities.
G&A will take the role of Principal Contractor as described within the Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.
G&A will plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the entire construction phase, taking account of the health and safety risks to everyone affected by the work including members of the public.
Alongside these operations, G&A will also control the quality standards and construction costs to ensure that all projects are safely delivered on time and to consistently high standards.
