G&A Fire Protection were pleased to contribute to the successful delivery of Unit 1 at the Midlands Logistics Park in Corby, providing a full suite of passive fire protection solutions across the development’s three office areas.
Our works included the supply and installation of 1,950m² of composite panel to walls and ceilings, application of 3,500m² of water-based intumescent paint, and extensive fire stopping to voids and service penetrations.
By engaging early in the design phase, G&A provided specification support for composite panel thicknesses, helping ensure that both insulation and fire resistance targets were met. The result was a smooth installation process and a fully compliant fire protection solution in line with current building regulations.
