Appointed as Principal Contractor, G&A Fire Protection successfully delivered a comprehensive £410,000 refurbishment package for Samuel Ward Academy Trust, with contract administration by PCH Associates.
Carried out over a 16-week programme — including works during term time — the project involved the replacement of aluminium-framed windows, targeted roof and concrete repairs, and asbestos remediation in compliance with HSE regulations. Additional works included the renewal of fascias and rainwater goods, along with the installation of new cladding and updated external signage.
Meticulously planned to minimise disruption to staff and pupils, the project was delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard across the occupied school estate.
