The G&A Fire Protection team was tasked with providing 60-minutes fire protection, and the ability to withstand the extreme pressures of hydrocarbon fires, to exposed structural steelwork at the Cummins plant in Stamford.
We selected and applied Cafco Fendolite MII cementitious spray coating in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. Careful masking ensured all surrounding surfaces were kept clean of cementitious material, and operatives worked closely with SDC to ensure all Health and Safety precautions were adhered to in full.
